After a Ph.D. (2001) in Developmental Biology on the Pierre-et-Marie Currie Campus in Paris, I worked as a Post-Doc at the Roslin Institute with Prof. Ian WILMUT (Scotland). I joined the French National Institute of Agronomic Research in 2003, to develop studies on chromatin remodeling during embryonic development, upon fertilization or cloning (by somatic cell nuclear transfer, SCNT). Since 2016, I supervise projects on epigenetic reprogramming at the Stem Cell & Brain Research Institute (SBRI), in Lyon. My expertise mostly relies on embryo micromanipulations (IVF, ICSI, SCNT, chimerism), pluripotent stem cells (ESC, iPSC) & the use/development of image analysis tools, in murine and rabbit species.
